Jayjili Terms and Conditions — Must be read before use

Jayjili (referred to herein as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming platform that provides gaming services to users in Bangladesh and other countries. By accessing our services through the jayjili website, mobile application, or any other channel, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to opening a jayjili account, playing games, making deposits, processing withdrawals, and claiming any bonus or promotion. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using jayjili.

• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to another person.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Jayjili may request identity documents at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This process is in place to protect you and ensure the security of the platform. Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold until verification is complete.

Jayjili is strictly for adults only. Anyone under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited from opening an account, playing games, or conducting any financial transactions on jayjili.

Jayjili may request a copy of a government-issued ID, birth certificate, or passport at any time for age verification. Account activity may be restricted until age verification is complete.

Jayjili accepts deposits via mobile banking, e-wallets, and other approved payment methods. The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

• Deposits are typically credited instantly; if there is a delay, please contact support
• Depositing via third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the platform and are subject to change
• In cases of suspicious transactions, jayjili may place funds on hold until the investigation is complete
• Any deposit-related issue must be reported within 48 hours

To withdraw funds from jayjili, your account must be fully verified (KYC-complete). The payment account used when submitting a withdrawal request must match the account used for deposits.

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• VIP members receive priority processing for withdrawals
• Maximum withdrawal limits within a given time period may apply.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation in cases of unusual or suspicious winnings.

If your withdrawal request is declined, jayjili will provide a reason and give you the opportunity to resolve the issue. Submitting a withdrawal request with accurate information will generally resolve most problems quickly.

Jayjili regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you must read before claiming. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the specific conditions attached to it.

• Every bonus has a wagering requirement (WR) — typically 15–30x the combined total of your deposit and bonus amount
• Each bonus has a set expiry period; the bonus will be forfeited once it expires
• Using the same promotion more than once or across multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonuses are only valid on designated jayjili games — wagering contributions may vary by game
• Evidence of bonus abuse may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension
• jayjili reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All games on jayjili use internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. This means every game outcome is completely random and impartial — neither jayjili nor any player can predict or influence results in advance.

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, jayjili will attempt to resume play from the last valid game state.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network issue, the wager will be refunded
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, jayjili's server logs will be treated as the definitive record.
• Using automated software or bots to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to exploit game vulnerabilities or bugs for winnings is a punishable offense.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jayjili platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using jayjili for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity
• Exploiting the bonus system for unfair advantage (bonus abuse)
• Attempting to access or modify game software without authorization.
• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other players.
• Attempting to reclaim funds through chargebacks or payment disputes.

• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited
• You may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.
• Before an account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance (except in cases of Terms violations).

Jayjili may update these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify you via your registered email or through a platform notice. However, it is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

Continued use of jayjili after any changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please stop using the platform and submit a request to close your account.
